Projects
FRC 4415 Electronic PDP Mount
2026
The goal of the electrical mount project was to securely hold the robot’s electronics while positioning them along the edge of the frame to maximize internal space for additional components and systems.
Pneumatic - Wide Fan - Valved Air Blaster
2025
This pneumatic wide-fan air valve blaster prototype was designed to produce a wide, controlled burst of air capable of flipping a shirt from a vertical position to a horizontal position as part of an automated laundry folding system.
Lunzer Water Bottle
2026
The goal of the water bottle project was to demonstrate advanced surfacing techniques by designing a smooth, ergonomic form with complex curvature that cannot be created using simple extrusions or revolved features.
Cookie Clicker Gear Ratios
2023
This high school project used a multi-stage gear train to increase output speed, driving a mechanical tapping arm designed to rapidly press a phone screen and maximize click rate in the iPhone game Cookie Clicker.
FRC 4415 Climber Roller
2026
This climber roller was designed to deploy using a servo motor before the robot began its climb, with a spring-loaded locking mechanism that held it in position to maintain the optimal climbing angle and prevent the bumpers from catching during ascent.
FRC 4415 Electronic RIO Mount
2026
The goal of the electrical mount project was to securely hold the robot’s electronics while positioning them along the edge of the frame to maximize internal space for additional components and systems.
Model iPhone 14 Pro
2024
This CAD model replicates the external geometry of the iPhone 14 with high dimensional accuracy, allowing it to be used as a precise form factor reference for testing fit, storage, and pocket clearances in phone-sized compartments.
1974 Yamaha DT175 Airbox
2026
This airbox was recreated by 3D scanning the original broken component and redesigning it with integrated rubber bushings to absorb vibration from the high-vibration two-stroke engine.
Husqvarna Dual-Sport Radiator Guide
2026
These custom air guides were developed by 3D scanning the motorcycle and designing inserts that fit precisely into the Husqvarna bodywork, redirecting hot air from the radiator fans outward and away from the rider’s leg.
REPS VR 360 Helmet Mount
2025
During an internship with REPS VR, I designed a custom helmet mount for 360-degree cameras that allowed real gameplay perspectives to be captured and imported into VR training software, enabling quarterbacks to practice reading defenses and making decisions from home.
Sectional Gaming Controller Wall Mount
2024
This modular controller wall mount was designed to be easily 3D printed and expanded by connecting additional sections, with each piece featuring integrated male and female ends that allow the system to grow to accommodate any number of controllers.
Toy Candy Dispenser Train
2024
This toy train was my first engineering project, designed as a small classroom candy dispenser with a top compartment that could hold four different types of candy, each released individually by pulling a corresponding tab on the side.
Chumz Bait & Tackle Lure Mold
2025
These custom fishing lure molds were designed for Chumz Bait and Tackle in California, allowing the owner to experiment with different color combinations and soft plastic blends while producing a consistent, classic lure shape.
1975 Yamaha DT175 Gas Cap
2026
This spring-loaded gas cap was designed for a 1974 Yamaha DT175, featuring a latching lid and internal spring mechanism that helped maintain a tight seal to prevent fuel leaks while fitting precisely onto the original tank mount.
M16 Water Gun Tactical Accessory
2026
This laser mount for a water gun uses a cam mechanism and ball detent system that allows the laser to twist into place securely and lock with a positive click, while still being easily removed with a simple turn.
Stress Analysis Multi-Cup Coaster
2026
This adjustable coaster was designed with interchangeable inserts that securely support a wide range of drinkware, from narrow soda cans to wide wine glasses and everything in between. The modular insert system allows the user to swap inserts depending on the glass type, providing stability while protecting surfaces from condensation and spills.
Multi-Level Dry Jewlery Box
2026
This sectional jewelry box was designed with multiple stackable levels to organize different types of jewelry while keeping the overall footprint compact. Each tier separates items such as rings, bracelets, and necklaces, making the system modular and easy to expand. A desiccant tray in the base absorbs moisture inside the box, helping prevent tarnishing and protecting the jewelry over time.
Project Mobility
2026
Due to a recent injury, i was disabled and needed a mobility scooter. I had an extra motor laying around a designed a 32:1 gearbox to covert the 5000 rpm to 100+ rpm. The controller was connected via bluetooth and a 24v battery was housed in the electronics casing. Ultimately, it delivered a 180lb rider around 8 mph!
2007 Doral Alegria Model Yacht
2026
This model yacht was created as a custom Christmas gift using advanced surface modeling to achieve smooth, realistic hull lines. The finished piece was coated using automotive painting techniques, giving it a high-gloss, professional appearance.
More to Come...
2026+
Husqvarna Dual-Sport Radiator Guide
2026
These custom air guides were developed by 3D scanning the motorcycle and designing inserts that fit precisely into the Husqvarna bodywork, redirecting hot air from the radiator fans outward and away from the rider’s leg.
2026 Wrangler 392
2026
A precise 3D scan of a 2026 Jeep Wrangler 392 front dash tray was used to design an extended organizer system that enhances the original tray with integrated compartments and expands storage seamlessly across the dashboard.
1974 Yamaha DT175 Airbox
2026
This airbox was recreated by 3D scanning the original broken component and redesigning it with integrated rubber bushings to absorb vibration from the high-vibration two-stroke engine.
Questions & Answers
Can you prototype a custom part?
Yes. I can design and manufacture functional prototypes using advanced 3D printing technology. This allows clients to test ideas quickly before committing to full production.
What tools and technology do you use?
I primarily use SolidWorks and Onshape for CAD modeling and engineering analysis. For prototyping and scanning, I work with a Bambu Lab H2D 3D printer and a Revopoint Metro Pro X 3D scanner.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing is based on the type of work required. CAD design and engineering analysis typically start around $16 per hour, 3D printing services start around $10 per hour of machine time, and 3D scanning services start at $30 per hour.
What is your project timeline?
Project timelines depend on the complexity of the design and the number of revisions required. Smaller projects can often be completed within a few days, while more complex designs or prototypes may take one to two weeks.
How do you approach a new project?
Every project starts with understanding the problem and the desired outcome. From there I develop CAD concepts, iterate through design revisions, and create prototypes to test and refine the solution.
